After I figured out which wire was what I found out that the brown wire, which is the third grounding wire, if connected will ground out the second ide port causing the motherboard not to recognize whatever is plugged into that port. I wonder if you’ve connected the ribbon to the floppy the wrong way round?

If, so please take a few moments to write your rating and review. The directions that p4s8000 with the motherboard labeled the wires wrong. Currently Out Of Stock! But this doesn’t always happen and what would someone think ksb you told them your PC wouldn’t boot up unless you inserted a disk that didn’t have an OS on it? Should be easy enough to fix, right?
It now works great, but at first there was a compatibility problem with my antec sonata case. I understand and agree to the terms above and am in full knowledge of the product I am purchasing.

Can’t boot from USB on P4S800-MX
To flash a brand new board. Might find one at your local electronics store.
Just going to bump this one up for you wiffles. I am not eligible for this product. USB printer prevents boot. Shut down, and boot back up Stores Availability Store Hours.
Plug scanner into hub just to see what happens. That one took awhile to figure out! What can I do about this problem?
